Client Responsibility & Website Development Policy
महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी
Riya Web Technology विभिन्न प्रकार की Websites, Blogger Websites, News Portals, Education Websites, E-Commerce Websites और अन्य Digital Solutions के Development से संबंधित Services प्रदान करता है।
यह Disclaimer यह स्पष्ट करता है कि Website Development Service प्रदान करते समय Website के वास्तविक business, content, products, services और उसके माध्यम से किए जाने वाले कार्यों की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित Client की होती है।
Riya Web Technology की भूमिका
Website Development के दौरान हमारा कार्य Client द्वारा दी गई आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार Website का design, development, customization या technical setup करना हो सकता है।
- Website design और development करना।
- Client द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए आवश्यक content या information को Website में implement करना।
- Website में आवश्यक technical features या functionality उपलब्ध कराना।
- Project की agreed requirements के अनुसार Website तैयार करना।
- आवश्यक होने पर Website handover और basic technical guidance देना।
Client की जिम्मेदारी
Website का वास्तविक business और उसके संचालन से संबंधित निम्न जिम्मेदारियाँ Client की होंगी:
📄 Content
Website पर प्रकाशित किए जाने वाले text, images, videos, documents और अन्य content की वैधता और accuracy की जिम्मेदारी Client की होगी।
🛒 Products & Services
Client द्वारा बेचे या उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले products, services, offers और उनकी वास्तविकता की जिम्मेदारी Client की होगी।
💳 Transactions
Website के माध्यम से होने वाले payments, orders, refunds, deliveries और customer transactions की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित Client की होगी।
⚖️ Legal Compliance
Client अपने business, products, services और Website के संचालन पर लागू कानूनों और regulations का पालन करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
अनुचित या गैर-कानूनी उपयोग
Riya Web Technology किसी Website को जानबूझकर fraud, cheating, phishing, impersonation, illegal financial activity या किसी अन्य गैर-कानूनी उद्देश्य के लिए विकसित करने की अनुमति नहीं देता।
यदि किसी project के उद्देश्य या उपयोग के संबंध में गंभीर संदेह उत्पन्न होता है, तो हम project को स्वीकार करने, रोकने या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, subject to applicable law and contract.
Client द्वारा दी गई जानकारी
Website Development शुरू करने से पहले Client को अपने project और business के बारे में सही और पर्याप्त जानकारी प्रदान करनी चाहिए।
- Client का सही नाम और contact information
- Website या business का वास्तविक उद्देश्य
- Products या Services की सही जानकारी
- Website पर उपयोग किए जाने वाले content के अधिकार
- Payment और business model से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी
- जहाँ आवश्यक हो वहाँ applicable licenses या permissions
Domain, Hosting और Website Access
यदि Domain, Hosting, Payment Gateway, Email Account या अन्य third-party service Client के नाम या account पर है, तो उस account की ownership और उससे संबंधित activities की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित account holder की होगी।
Website handover के बाद Client द्वारा किए गए modifications, content changes, plugins/scripts का उपयोग या third-party services से किए गए बदलावों की जिम्मेदारी Client की होगी, जब तक अलग से लिखित Service Agreement में कुछ अन्य तय न किया गया हो।
Website Handover के बाद
Website project की agreed requirements के अनुसार Client को handover किए जाने के बाद Website के संचालन और management की जिम्मेदारी Client की होगी, जब तक कोई अलग maintenance या management service agreement में शामिल न हो।
- Website में नया content जोड़ना या बदलना
- Products और Services की जानकारी update करना
- Customer orders और transactions manage करना
- Website की legal policies को आवश्यकतानुसार update करना
- Domain और Hosting account manage करना
- Third-party services और accounts का उपयोग करना
Client Declaration
Website Development Service लेने वाला Client यह स्वीकार करता है कि Website के वास्तविक business और उसके उपयोग की जिम्मेदारी Client की होगी।
Client की घोषणा
“मैं पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि Website Development के लिए मेरे द्वारा दी गई जानकारी और content मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार सही है। Website पर संचालित किए जाने वाले business, products, services, content, customer transactions तथा लागू कानूनी और regulatory requirements की जिम्मेदारी मेरी होगी। मैं Website का उपयोग किसी गैर-कानूनी गतिविधि के लिए जानबूझकर नहीं करूंगा/करूंगी।”
Project Records
बेहतर transparency के लिए Website Development Projects में आवश्यक project communication, invoices, payment records, project requirements और handover details को सुरक्षित रखना उपयोगी है।
किसी कानूनी या official inquiry की स्थिति में उपलब्ध records को लागू कानून के अनुसार संबंधित authority के साथ share किया जा सकता है, जहाँ ऐसा करना आवश्यक या legally permitted हो।
