4. Download or File Problems

5. Duplicate Payment
If the same order is accidentally charged more than once because of a technical or payment-processing issue, the transaction will be reviewed.

Once substantial work has started, a full refund may not be available. Any refund request will be reviewed according to the work completed, project stage, applicable agreement and applicable law.

12. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider's refund mechanism.
