2. Standard Product License
Unless a different license is clearly stated on the product page, the purchase of a digital product from Riya Web Technology generally provides the customer with a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased product for the customer's own website or permitted project.
3. Permitted Use
✓ Customers may generally:
- Install and use the purchased Blogger template on a permitted website or blog.
- Customize colors, text, images, layout and other visual elements for their own website.
- Make reasonable code modifications required for their own website, provided that the original product is not redistributed.

4. Prohibited Use

- Reselling, redistributing or giving away the original template or digital product as a separate product.
- Uploading the purchased template or digital product to another website, marketplace, file-sharing platform or download website for public distribution.

- Claiming the original design, code or digital product as your own creation.
- Selling or distributing modified versions of the product as a competing template or digital product.
- Using the product to create a template-download or template-selling website where the purchased files are distributed to other users.
- Removing or altering copyright, licensing or attribution notices where such notices are required by the applicable product license.
5. Template Reselling & Redistribution
Riya Web Technology's Blogger templates and digital products are provided for licensed use and are not automatically sold with resale rights.
A customer may not purchase a template from Riya Web Technology and then offer the same template, its source files or a substantially similar modified version for sale or free distribution to other users unless written resale permission has been provided by Riya Web Technology.
6. Source Code & Modification
Customers may modify the source code of a purchased product for their own permitted website or project, subject to the applicable license.
Modification of a product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the original source code, design structure or underlying digital product to the customer.
Modified versions must not be redistributed or sold as a competing digital product unless written permission has been obtained.
7. Use on Multiple Websites
The number of websites on which a purchased template may be used can depend on the license supplied with the particular product.
If a product page specifies a single-site, multi-site, unlimited or another type of license, those specific terms will apply to that product.
8. Commercial Use
A customer may use a purchased template for a commercial website, blog or online project where the applicable product license permits commercial use.
Commercial use of a template does not provide permission to sell, distribute, sublicense or share the template itself.
9. Third-Party Components
Some digital products may contain or reference third-party libraries, fonts, icons, scripts, plugins, services or other resources.
Such components may be subject to their own licenses and terms. Users are responsible for complying with applicable third-party licensing requirements when using those components.
10. Website Design & Development Services
Website designs, custom code, graphics and other materials created specifically for a customer may be subject to the scope and terms agreed for that particular project.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, reusable development techniques, general code structures, tools, frameworks and pre-existing resources used by Riya Web Technology remain subject to their applicable ownership or license terms.
11. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original design concepts, source files, graphics, branding elements, documentation and other original materials supplied by Riya Web Technology remain protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not by itself transfer ownership of these intellectual property rights to the customer.
12. License Violation
If Riya Web Technology reasonably believes that a digital product has been distributed, resold, shared or otherwise used in violation of the applicable license, we may take appropriate action available to us under applicable law and contractual terms.
Such action may include requesting removal of unauthorized copies, restricting access to applicable services or pursuing other appropriate remedies.
13. Product-Specific License Terms
Different products may have different licensing conditions. Therefore, the license displayed on the individual product page, order information or license document may contain additional terms.
Single Website License
Intended for use on one permitted website unless the product page states otherwise.
Multi-Website License
May permit use on more than one website according to the specific license purchased.
